Dr. Tyler graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in November 2009. Since graduation, his clinical focus has been geared towards the treatment of neurological diseases and disorders. With over 15 years of experience in working with these patient populations in a variety of settings, he has achieved designation as a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist.

Dr. Tyler's treatment approaches are deeply rooted in the evidence-based concepts of motor learning and neuroplasticity. He is currently certified in performing the LSVT-BIG® program and the PWR!® program for individuals affected by Parkinson's disease. In addition, he is certified in Balance-Based Torso Weighting (BBTW®), an intervention geared towards improving stability and decreasing the risk of falls.

When he is not in the clinic, Dr. Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife Liz, his sons Quinn and Bennett, as well as his doodle Brody. He stays active in many different ways including running, cycling, and skiing. He also spends the warmer months tending to colonies of honey bees in his backyard.

Dr. Kristina is a licensed physical therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Hampshire, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2011.

Committed to advancing her clinical expertise, Dr. Kristina has earned multiple specialized certifications throughout her career, including prior certification in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's disease, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist. She further expanded her holistic approach to care by earning her Love Your Brain Yoga certification in 2019, emphasizing mindfulness and movement in neurological rehabilitation.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kristina has contributed to the academic community as adjunct faculty in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Rutgers University, where she has served as a guest lecturer and lab TA. She has also presented at various continuing education courses, sharing her expertise with fellow rehabilitation professionals.

Dr. Kristina is passionate about empowering patients through evidence-based care and continues to advance the field of neurorehabilitation through both practice and education. In addition to her clinical and academic experience, Dr. Kristina is bilingual in English and Latvian, which enhances her ability to connect with a diverse patient population and foster inclusive care. Outside of treatment Dr. Kristina loves spending time outdoors and traveling.

Dr. Alli Villane, PT, DPT

Dr. Alli Villane is a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to providing individualized care to help her patients move better and feel more confident. Dr. Alli's clinical practice is backed by an academic foundation based at the University of Miami. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Psychology in 2018, and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy there in 2021. She then completed a Neurologic Clinical Residency at Tampa General Hospital. Sharing her passion for the field, Dr. Alli has also served as an educator, teaching Anatomy and Physiology as well as Neurological Rehabilitation at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of South Florida.

As a certified LSVT BIG® clinician, Dr. Alli has developed and led community-based Parkinson's exercise programs designed to optimize mobility and quality of life. She also holds a special interest in working with individuals whose symptoms may be less visible and often overlooked, including those experiencing dizziness, autonomic dysfunction, and fatigue. Beyond neurologic care, she enjoys treating geriatric and orthopedic conditions, emphasizing injury prevention, functional longevity, and performance optimization across the lifespan.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Alli enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants and attending sporting events and concerts. She also loves to stay active by running, swimming, and spending as much time as possible out by the beach or on the water.

Dr. Dana Gordon, PT, DPT, NCS

Dr. Dana graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University in May 2007. Since graduation, her clinical focus has been geared towards treating those with neurological disorders. With over 17 years of experience working with these patient populations in various settings, she has achieved designations as an ABPTS Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist and Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist, and has extensive experience in working with those who have had strokes and Parkinson's disease.

Dr. Dana's treatment approaches are rooted in motor learning and neuroplasticity with a focus on everyday functional activities and wellness. She is currently certified in performing the LSVT-BIG program and has been trained in the PWR! program for individuals affected by Parkinson's disease. She is also a certified Rock Steady Boxing coach.

When she is not in the clinic, Dr. Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys and can often be found on the baseball field. She also enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.
